I just had to stop by and make contact. I completed three years smoke free yesterday, so I'm now in my fourth year!
What a roller coaster in the beginning but with the support gained here I made it! I found the support offerd to me really helped In those desperate early days. I used to wonder why on earth people who had conquered their smoking would remain here, giving advice to others for years after they themselves had stopped. It's only now that I understand the power of the addiction. It still confronts me most days but it's soon put in its place. I never could have done this without the help I got here . So many thanks to Lolly, Red, Impalmania, Breather & loads of great imaginative names from around the world. Of course the various health advisors too.
